From the beginning of your involvement with the initial brief, you your company had the ability to translate our requirements and ideas into a stylish and practical design within the budget given. Considering the large amount of Tax Designated developments on the market today it was necessary to give Centre Point a unique look and finish to keep it ahead of the competition, your finished design certainly delivered on this.
This was backed up by your ability to provide a full interior fit-out service, which meant I could concentrate on other aspects of the project knowing full well that the interiors were in safe hands. During the fit-out it was reassuring to see you had the necessary personnel, vehicles and equipment needed to complete the project on time under difficult conditions…I know it can be challenging to finish 42 apartments on top of a 5 story building!

Now that I am over the big rush of opening my new hotel, I finally have time to put pen to paper to tell how pleased I am with the works recently completed by Cotton Box Design Group.
From the beginning it was clear by your documentation that your costings were very detailed and competitive, therefore I could see true value for money in the fit-out package.
To put together a fit-out of 91 bedrooms to such a tight deadline, without compromising on quality says a lot about your management and fit-out teams. In particular Laura’s attention to detail and professionalism is to be commended.

I just wanted to let you know know how positive the feed back has been since Cotton Box completed the refurbishment of the food court in Portlaoise.
Right from the start it was clear that your company posessed the creativity and professionalism to transform the existing property with fresh concepts and ideas, whilst keeping an eye on the budget. Simple things like the new paint accents and changing the table tops really have made a big difference.
Added to this the fact that you provide a full turnkey interior fit-out meant I could put my mind to other aspects of the business. The project was completed under difficult circumstances as the food court had to stay open during the work with as little disruption as possible to the tenants and customers.

We have had great feedback from the four show apartments that Cotton Box fitted out for us before Christmas. All the accessories and little extras that were put in made a wonderful difference to the development launch, as buyers and investors appreciated the potential of the apartments more. This combined with the fact we are selling all the apartments fully fitted out, really helped deposits and bookings.
Also, it was a great advantage to use your computer generated visuals of the interiors as this enabled us to print brochures and get publicity before the show apartments were even started. This helped generate interest and sales from a very early stage.
